Here’s a funny idea, which the TikTok community has fun testing and sharing with a very simple tip. A hidden feature on iPhone literally allows you to eavesdrop on a conversation in another room, without slipping your ear against the door.
We discovered it via the video posted below by the TikTok @dalilamouhib account, which has 100,000 subscribers and 20 million views thanks to the iPhone trick presented. To put it simply, the feature allows you to listen to a conversation live through the microphone of our iPhone. To listen without being present, all you need is a pair of AirPods.
How it works ? Here is the trick
To be able to perform the configuration, you must go to the settings of the iPhone . Here, click on the “Control Center”. Once there, scroll through the different apps added to the control center. Among those that are not, there is this program called “Audition”. Add it.
Now a new button shortcut to “Audition” is present in your control center, accessible by sliding your finger down from the top right of the screen. If your wireless headphones are connected, by clicking on “Audition”, the sounds recorded by your iPhone’s microphone will be sent directly to your headphones. You will be able to listen to all the recordings live from another room if you place your iPhone in it.
